By accessing and using Farmers to Florists ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Farmers to Florists is a B2B marketplace platform that connects wholesale flower farmers with florists. We provide tools for inventory management, order processing, and communication between parties.

3. User Accounts

To use our services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Platform, you agree to:

• Honor commitments made through the platform
• Communicate professionally with other users
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

5. Transactions

The Platform facilitates connections between farmers and florists. All transactions, including pricing, payment terms, and delivery arrangements, are agreements between the respective parties. Farmers to Florists is not a party to these transactions.

6. Subscription and Fees

Certain features of the Platform require a paid subscription. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are provided in accordance with our refund policy.

7. Refund Policy

Subscription fees for Farmers to Florists are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable once charged.

We do not provide refunds or credits for partial subscription periods, unused time, downgrades, or account inactivity.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will stop future billing but will not result in a refund for any fees already paid.

In limited circumstances, such as duplicate charges or billing errors, refunds may be issued at our sole discretion. To request a review of a billing issue, please contact legal@farmerstoflorists.com within 7 days of the charge.

8. Intellectual Property

All content and materials on the Platform, including logos, text, and software, are the property of Farmers to Florists or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

Farmers to Florists provides the Platform "as is" and makes no warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the service. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms of Service or engage in conduct that we determine is harmful to other users or the Platform.
